Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped from our facility in Joliet, Illinois within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 2pm CT or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders; the current threshold is shown in your cart. Standard delivery within the continental United States typically takes 2 to 6 business days after the order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer and may carry an additional charge. We do not ship to PO boxes for case or wholesale orders.

Order changes and address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change an address, contact us right away at brandon@undisputedstrengthco.com or 815-693-4303. We cannot reroute an order once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but the package has not arrived, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us within 7 days so we can help. If an order arrives damaged, send us a photo of the package and product within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the damaged items.

Wholesale and case orders

Wholesale accounts receive freight or LTL shipping quotes based on order size and destination. Contact us through the wholesale page for a quote.
